How Restylane® Silk works
Restylane® Silk is one of the thinnest fillers available and is great for enhancing the lip volume and diminishing thin lines for a more youthful look. It is a transparent liquid gel consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA). By placing HA into the skin, we are able to immediately plump and hydrate the skin.
What to expect during your appointment
Before your procedure, we will determine which injectable and how much product will provide the best outcome. The procedure takes 15-30 minutes and will involve a series of injections into the desired areas. Because of the infused lidocaine, the procedure is virtually painless. However, we do have a number of pain reducing methods you can choose from to further minimize discomfort.
Length of results
Outcomes are determined by the individual’s metabolism, location of product placement, and number of syringes used. You can expect the results to last anywhere between 6-18 months.
